A few weeks ago, I took photos of this little guys Mum...

(but she was too bashful to blog!!)

so I have been anxiously awaiting his arrival!

And boy, he was worth the wait!

He was so keen to see what all the fuss was about,

he took a little persuading to have a nap!!

But when he did, all was good with the world...

But just like his Mum, he didn't want to rest for too long...

He was sooo alert!

What a wonderful way to spend the day!

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous little man with me!

{The Wedding of Ben & Shakila}

Shakila is just the sweetest girl...

stopping traffic had her giggling in embarrassment!

Once she had gathered herself after attracting the unwanted attenion,

she looked so, so stunning!

This bright blue wall is 2 doors up from Shakila's apartment...

When I mentioned I'd spotted it as I was parking...

she was perplexed... she hadn't noticed???

As we drove to Killalea State Park to meet Ben,

the rain pattered on the windscreen...

only to stop as she made her way down to the ceremony.

Getting Ben to stop talking during the shoot was a challenge!

He was absolutely overwhelmed and said...

on numerous occasions...

'Look at her - she's a goddess!'

Of course, this had Shakila in fits of laughter!

Before heading down to the beach for some more shots,

Ben suggested we take a moment to rest at these Coral trees

and take in the natural beauty of the Park...

but he just couldn't take his eyes off his beautiful bride!

Before it started to sprinkle again, we got a few last shots in

and headed to Addison's in Shellharbour Village

for a lovely lunchtime celebration.

All the best for the 3 days of festivities in Singapore,

and getting around to your 300 guests!!

{Lil' Fashionista Fashion Shoot}

Last month I was called by the very clever and talented

owner of the fashion label

Lil' Fashionista

to come and shoot her latest range...

with 10 children... under the age of 10... YIKES!

We had loads of fun watching the girls strut their stuff,

what a day of 'dress-ups!'

{Wedding of Natalie & Brendon}

When Natalie called me from Canberra,

asking me to do her wedding photography in Wollongong,

I was a little perplexed!

It turns out, Natalie & I grew up in the same small town of Leeton...

6 hrs inland!

Our families mixed in the same 'AFL' circles, however, we had never met!

You see Natalie would have been starting Kindy,

the year I was off to High School!

When I finally opened the door to her motel room, my jaw hit the floor...

she was just stunning!

The girls were loads of fun and the most attentive bridesmaids!

Nat looked absolutely gorgeous!

The girls all spent the morning with Jo from Sybaris Beauty for their make-up

& with Lisa for their hair. (Both found @ Aria Hair in Market Street).

Natalie's parents were so proud of their baby girl...

it certainly bought a tear to my eye...

The boys were planning some fun for their big day...

Brendon looked oh-so handsome!

So their grand plan didn't quite work out...

these Canberra boys definitely need some practise reading the surf report!!

Nat & Brendon chose to have their photos taken before the ceremony,

so that when they arrived at the reception ,

the rest of the afternoon could be spent with their guests,

who had ALL travelled... AWESOME idea !!

The boys walked down to the light house

and the girls joined them shortly after...

it was so exciting !

Brendon played it up for the camera...

and Natalie kept the boys on their toes!

What an awesome group...

and gorgeous couple!

We then took off to another location...

to have... well... a little break!!!

Natalie, you are just devine!

The old building complimented the girls dresses beautifully.

And set the scene for some shots from a recent AIPP workshop I attended,

these guys were willing to do everything!

(Brendon added some extra flair... and the hats were ideal!)

LOVE IT!!!

The bridal party had a chance to have a well deserved break,

while bride and groom (to be...) had some couple shots.

Although I could've stayed at this location all day...

it was time to head off to the ceremony!

The couple parted ways and would meet again shortly

for the proceedings to take place in the usual way!

With Natalie taking in some deep breathes and Dad holding back the tears...

I was sure glad I had my camera to my eye...

I too was married here...10 years ago!

Now, did Adrian fulfil his 'Best Man' role...? The ring...?

Although the formalities were over and the bridal party had begun mingling,

they were more than happy to capture a few more before the light faded.

Thank You all for the most magical day,

it will be one I remember for a LONG TIME!

Nat, although we were strangers from the same country town...

I now feel like I've known you a lifetime!

All the best for an amazing future together!

{Wedding of Brad & Nicole}

Nicole had her eye on the weather all day...

she looked absolutely stunning and we assured her it would be fine...

Nicole and Brad chose to have some of their photographs taken before the cermony... it was a special moment to share...

We then headed for the Gerringong Golf course, where it rained for a bit, so the gorgeous couple rehearsed their bridal waltz in the golf-buggy shed, before we all set out on a buggy each to find the perfect spot!

And take some time out before heading off to the ceremony...

The bridal car was just gorgeous and suited the setting beautifully...

Where Nicole's Uncle gave her away...

And the formailites got under way...

The setting was just gorgeous... so we spent some time while the weather held out to make the most of it!
